Cooked Chicken Breast strips
2x Chinese Cabbage or lettuce Leaves
1/2 Small Avo sliced (Allowed on Phase 3 only)
1 Tomato Chopped
1/4 Green Pepper Sliced
1/4 Onion Sliced
Layer all the ingredients in the lettuce.
