Dining Out Whilst Trying To Eat Healthy
Unless you are committed and aware,eating out at restaurants is poison if you’re trying to lose weight and stay healthy. It’s not only about losing weight either…if you ate every portion of every meal at a traditional restaurant, you would probably cut 10 or 15 years off your life. I love eating out but am sticking mostly to appetizers: not menu selections, as these portions are adequate and more than enough. I find they fully satisfy my hunger. Of course, I still quench my thirst with a glass or two of sparkling water, with lemon and ice.
So you can still socialise and enjoy life! And lose weight and be lean for life!
