So this morning, I decided to make an egg white omelette with spinach and broccoli. It was delicious! I just had to share it with you!
Ingredients
- Two large egg whites
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- Half a cup of pre-cooked broccoli
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Scramble the egg whites lightly
- Pour the egg whites into the pan
- Season with salt and pepper
- Place the spinach on top of the egg and cook until it starts to wilt.
- Add in the pre-cooked broccoli.
- Flip one-half of the eggs over the other to form an omelette.
- Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and serve.
