Exercising On Your Weight Loss Journey


Do you need to exercise to achieve good weight loss on the HCG Diet Plan?

There are many different opinions and thoughts regarding exercise whilst on the HCG Diet Protocol. This really all depends on the individual. There are many people that use the HCG and exercise at the same time, however most of these people have always exercised so therefore they can continue as their bodies have the stamina and endurance to do so. The answer is NO. This is very relevant to those that don’t exercise and are carrying an excess of weight, one cannot all of a sudden start exercising and push your body when you have not done any physical activity for years.
Remember you need to be gentle with your body when you are now eating restricted calories, you cannot all of a sudden start exercising strenuously when you have not been moving at all. If you do want to change your lifestyle and exercise it should be very low key exercise only – for example 20 minutes of walking per day.

Exercise burns calories and therefore causes your hunger to increase. The combination of low calorie intake and exercise could cause your body to go into starvation mode. This can negatively impact your stamina and commitment to the diet. However this will only apply as I said earlier to those who have not exercised for years.
If so then simply do some low key exercise such as walking but even if you don’t you will still achieve the maximum results with the HCG. I know the biggest thing in the modern world today is finding the time so please don’t stress about this as the results are the same with or without exercise. Obviously once you have lost weight I would advise you become more active but for now just take it one step at a time!
