Who says you can’t enjoy a little something sweet when you are trying to diet? You absolutely have to try this recipe. Its delicious!
1 cup of any allowed fruit
1 Tbsp of Vanilla Powder
1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Apple cider vinegar
Powdered stevia to taste
Stovetop: In a small saucepan mix the lemon juice and vinegar. Mix in vanilla powder and stevia. Heat over low to medium heat until heated thoroughly. Pour into a dipping bowl and serve with fresh fruit.
Microwave: In a small bowl combine lemon juice and vinegar. Mix in vanilla powder and stevia. Microwave for 30 seconds or until heated thoroughly. Serve with fresh fruit.
