Phase 2 Taco Salad

Now you don’t have to sacrifice your beloved Taco’s! Ditch the chips and enjoy this delicious alternative!


3.5 oz Ground Beef
1 tsp Onion, minced
1 clove Garlic, minced
Spices of your choice, like cumin, chili powder, cilantro, etc.
2 cups Lettuce
1 Tomato, diced


Brown ground beef with onion, and add garlic toward the end. Add taco spices of your choice to taste. Serve over lettuce with diced tomato.
