Phase 2 Recipe – Herb Crusted Cod

It’s important that we all get our Omega 3 and the good stuff from fish. For those like me who are not fish fans, I must just say that this is absolutely divine! You have to try this!


140 grams fresh cod
2 x Crushed Melba Toast
Italian Herbs
Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 230 degrees celsius; mix the crushed Melba toast, Italian Herbs, Salt & Pepper in a bowl. Lightly coat your cod in lemon juice then dip the cod into the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
