Dijon Steak And Asparagus

This delicious and healthy dijon steak and asparagus can be made for your lunch or dinner. It’s quick and so easy to make.


100g Sirloin Steak
12 Small Asparagus Spears
1 Tbs Dijon Mustard
1-2 tsp lemon juice (to reach desired consistency)
1/8 tsp Onion Powder
1/8 tsp Garlic Salt
Salt & Pepper to taste

Cooking Method

Preheat oven to 220 Celsuis
Cook asparagus on plate (w/tsp water and dash of salt) for approx 1-1 1/2 minutes.
Mix Dijon Mustard and all spices in small bowl.
Pound steak into 2 VERY thin “squares” approx. 7cmx10cm
Spead mustard sauce on steak and place 6 asparagus spears on one edge and roll up.
Place seam side down on broiler pan and spread additional mustard sauce on top.
Bake for approx 10-20 minute depending on desired doneness.
