I know that today most of us live extremely busy lives and somedays it feels as if there are just not enough hours in the day!
Here is a little tip that I used whilst losing weight on the HCG Protocol. If you’re looking for a fuss-free way to follow the HCG Diet then work out – two 3 meal menus and alternate them throughout the week.
It may be a little boring but saves time with prep and grocery shopping and helps you to stick to the diet plan.
It easier than trying to decide what to have each and every day.
If you do however have the time you can always try one of our tasty recipes but I know time is limited for most of us.
