Why it’s important to record and keep track of your measurements
I had a client today who was feeling quite despondent, as a result of only losing 300grams, in a couple of days.
But when I chatted with her and delved deeper into her situation, it turned out that she had actually lost a further 28.5cms.
Don’t become too obsessed by the scale. Some days it’s your best friend and other days it can be your enemy.
But remember when losing centimetres which happens continuously you are getting slimmer, leaner and healthier, all the time, irrespective of what registers on the scale.
