- Progress pics are your friend, and how you feel in your clothes is a better indicator of your progress.
- Planning and preparation are critical
- Eating out – you CAN make healthy choices.
- Take it one day at a time, and be grateful for every day that you stay on track as it gets easier and more accessible.
