  • Stay motivated,d as nothing feels as good as slim looks.
  • Reward yourself with a special pamper treat.
  • With every little milestone you achieve, pamper yourself by buying something new like make-up, perfume, or going for a massage, manicure or pedicure – you could get an excellent book to read and treat yourself with a small reward.
