I was chatting with a client earlier in the week, and I know most of us are really enjoying Summer time and looking forward to Xmas holidays, but then I realized not everyone is happy about Summer being here.
This particular client I spoke to told me she dreads summer as she can’t hide much of the excess weight she carries around.
During winter, with chunky long baggy tops etc. and layers of clothing, we all look more extensive; she is more comfortable hiding her size behind winter clothing.
When everyone else is outside enjoying our beautiful summer weather, she withdraws from socializing and having fun.
