Well, it seems Winter has arrived. With it come cooler temperatures and, with them, fewer daylight hours, which can be a problem for us when trying to lose weight. Due to the colder weather and the darker, longer nights, it can be more difficult for us not to crave comfort foods, etc.
We are spending more time indoors and at home and these changes seem to trigger the body into wanting more to eat. We are thinking along the lines of “A nice mug of Hot Chocolate or a hearty soup or stew.” Warm foods that feel more filling, etc. The last thing you want, when it is dark and cold, is a nice green salad.
I am here to remind you that you can partake in warm, fulfilling meals (not hot chocolate, of course). A homemade thick Veggie Soup or a nice, tasty stew is very handy if you keep some Royco Lite Soup sachets.
If you look through our recipes, you will find these warmer, heartier meals, and you will still be enjoying good food, at the same time still adhering to the HCG Diet Plan, and you will be on track to achieve your weight loss goals. It’s about putting a little thought into planning and preparing your meals so that you don’t find yourself in a situation where you will be tempted to cheat.
Just take it one day at a time; before you know it, Winter will be over, and you will not be wearing all those layers of clothing that cover up the weight. Then you will be so pleased that you got your body ready for summer.
After all, Summer Bodies are Made in Winter.
