WHAT IS HCG, AND IS IT SAFE?
HCG is a hormone naturally produced in the body. It stands for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin.

This causes your cellular metabolism to slow, eventually making putting on weight easier than losing it! As well as decreased bone density and muscle mass.

WHAT FOODS WILL I BE EATING?

DO I HAVE TO TAKE VITAMINS WHILE ON THE HCG DIET?
A good multivitamin helps ensure it is sugar-free and has no fat-soluble ingredients like fish oils. Also, ensure that the b6 is under 30mg daily as it may trigger hunger.
Most people are unaware that our bodies absorb the B vitamins differently depending on the individual, and too much VIT B can cause hunger which is not good when trying to lose weight.
Potassium is also good, especially if you experience leg cramps, which can be expected while on this diet.
DO I HAVE TO EXERCISE HARD WHILST TAKING THE HCG?
No. Exercise is not a compulsory part of the HCG Diet Protocol. While vigorous exercise may increase the weight, you lose while on this plan, it is not a significant increase and is not recommended.
This is because, on an 800-calorie diet, you can quickly become too exhausted. That leads to discouragement and frustration.
However, we recommend moderate activity for all the other benefits you receive, including stress relief and cardiovascular health.
