Phase 3 Naked Burger
Delicious low carb, hcg friendly naked burger!
225grams ground hamburger (96% extra lean recommended)
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of onion powder
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
Cayenne pepper to taste
Salt and pepper as preferred
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and form into 2 or 3 small patties according to your protocol’s portion allowance.
Cook thoroughly in a frying pan or for best results, on a grill.
Cook thoroughly to desired temperature. This should take about 3 to 5 minutes on each side or longer for well done.
Option to top with lettuce, tomato and mustard… enjoy!
