WHAT IS HCG AND IS IT SAFE?

WOULDN’T I LOSE WEIGHT JUST FOLLOWING THE LOW CALORIE DIET WITHOUT USING HCG?

This causes your cellular metabolism to slow down, and eventually makes putting on weight easier, than losing it! As well as decreased bone density and muscle mass. By using HCG with the low calorie diet, excess fat is mobilized for energy and fuel and the rest is eliminated. The low calorie diet is vital in preventing immediate refilling of emptied fat cells. WHAT FOODS WILL I BE EATING?

DO I HAVE TO TAKE VITAMINS WHILE ON THE HCG DIET?
A good multi-vitamin helps, however, make sure it is sugar free and has no fat soluble ingredients like fish oils. Also make sure that the b6 is under 30mg per day as it may trigger hunger. Most people are ot aware that our bodies absorb the B vitamins differently depending on the individual and too much VIT B can actually cause hunger which is not good when trying to lose weight.Potassium is also good especially if you experience leg cramps, which can be common while on this diet.
DO I HAVE TO EXERCISE HARD WHILST TAKING THE HCG?
No. Exercise is not a compulsory part of the HCG Diet Protocol.
While vigorous exercise may increase the amount of weight you lose while on this plan, it is really not a significant increase and is not recommended. This is because on a 800 calorie diet you can easily become too exhausted. That leads to discouragement and frustration.
