Start by paying attention to your inner voice and what you are saying about yourself. When you identify negative self-talk, like “I Failed” stop immediately, challenge that thought and see how you can turn it around into something positive. For example “I am proud of myself for having the courage to try and this is not a failure merely a little bump in the road.
MAKE AN EFFORT
When we are feeling negative about ourselves, it’s tempting to give up on your appearance – at my heaviest this is exactly what I did! I gave up caring and it actually only made me feel worse. Get up, Show Up and Dress Up – if you are well groomed you will feel so much better about yourself. Even a bit of red lipstick can make all the difference to you. Whatever you choose to do, the effect your appearance has on your self-confidence is real, so do what you need to do to feel fabulous when you see yourself in the mirror.
CHANGE WHAT YOU CAN
