HCG Phase 2 Friendly Chicken Soup
Well the colder weather is coming and there is nothing better on a cold or rainy day than a nice hot bowl of soup.
140 grams cooked chicken
1 to 2 cups chicken broth
3 cloves of pressed or minced garlic
1 Tablespoon dehydrated minced onion
Half a tbsp of parsley
Half a tbsp of basil
Dash of Salt and Pepper as desired
Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse process ingredients until the ingredients reach the consistency that you desire.
Pour into a non stick saucepan and bring it to the boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 -30 minutes to thicken.
Serve hot of freeze for future meals.
