How To Avoid Temptation

You really do want to lose weight, yet you seem to struggle as soon as there is any kind of temptation, put in your way.

Drink water

It’s very common to think you are hungry when actually the body is just not well hydrated …it’s thirst not hunger ….so try drinking two glasses or water.

Clean Out the Kitchen

If you keep unhealthy snacks like chocolate, biscuits, cake or even ice cream you will when those feelings or cravings come over you head straight for one of those unhealthy snacks.

Stock up on the healthy foods

Stock up on the healthy foods you are allowed on the HCG Diet Plan. For example apples, strawberries, peaches, oranges or sugar free jelly and then have some of these when the craving hits.

Keep a toothbrush and toothpaste close by

Keep a toothbrush and toothpaste at work and brush your teeth whenever you have a craving. You can also chew on sugar free gum. Living a healthy lifestyle and losing weight isn’t easy but it is so worth it!

 

Keep your mind on your long term goal of losing weight and how good you will feel in only a short time – 30 days to lose 10kgs. You will not only feel good and be healthier but you will look fabulous as well.  And even fit into that smaller pair of jeans that you wanted so desperately to fit into. You have to believe in yourself, see yourself slimmer, healthier and happier.
