HCG Friendly Dessert for Phase 2

Who says you can’t enjoy a little something sweet when you are trying to diet? You have to try this recipe. It’s delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of any allowed fruit
  • 1 Tbsp of Vanilla Powder
  • 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • Powdered stevia to taste

Method

Stovetop: In a small saucepan mix the lemon juice and vinegar. Mix in vanilla powder and stevia. Heat over low to medium heat until heated thoroughly. Pour into a dipping bowl and serve with fresh fruit.

Microwave: In a small bowl combine lemon juice and vinegar. Mix in vanilla powder and stevia. Microwave for 30 seconds or until heated thoroughly. Serve with fresh fruit.
