HCG Phase 2 – Weight Loss

Now we finally get down to business, the start of your actual weight loss journey. Phase 2 of the diet starts on the third day.

You should wake up on the 3rd day, feeling like you couldn’t possibly take another bit of food even if you wanted to!

Because you have had 2 days of loading… eating so much that you almost felt like you were going to be sick.

Phase 2 consists of an 800-calorie per day diet, (Diet Plan supplied in our Booklet)
This diet plan is made up of Protein, Fruit & Veggies, Very low Carbs, and No FATS at all other than Coconut Oil.
The reason for no FATS even the healthy kind is that FAT negates the HCG. (Should you wish we can also supply recipes of various meals to try out whilst using HCG.)Start every day with a glass of lukewarm water each day with the juice of half a lemon (you can use bottled lemon juice but it must be pure without any sugar)

Important To Remember On Phase 2

Drinking lots of water – As much as 3 – 4 liters daily. Water is instrumental in appetite control. It is an essential nutrient that helps flush toxins from the body. It works in synergy with the HCG to increase the rate of weight loss. One must follow the Phase 2 800 calories per day diet until one reaches your goal weight.
