Phase 2 Taco Salad
Now you don’t have to sacrifice your beloved tacos! Ditch the chips and enjoy this delicious alternative!
Ingredients
- 3.5 oz Ground Beef
- 1 tsp Onion, minced
- One clove of Garlic, minced
- Spices of your choice, like cumin, chilli powder, cilantro, etc.
- 2 cups Lettuce
- 1 Tomato, diced
Method
Brown ground beef with onion, and add Garlic toward the end. Add taco spices of your choice to taste. Serve over lettuce with diced tomato.
