What is an Apple Day On The HCG Diet?

Sometimes on the HCG Diet and even other weight loss programs your weight can plateau temporarily and no weight loss registers on the scale. I know this can cause you to be despondent and disappointed but Please don’t despair!!

An Apple Day will help to jump start your metabolism if your weight seems to be standing still. We call this a Plateau – a plateau is when you have not registered weight loss on the scale in 3 or more days on the HCG Diet Protocol. The body will eventually correct and rectify the plateau, on its own but an Apple Day can speed up this process. Women can experience a plateau or even an increase in weight a few days before and during the menstrual cycle. Yes it’s a pain but unfortunately this is pretty common for us females. Not only do we suffer with PMS but on top of that we can gain weight. This is due to water retention and it will naturally correct itself.
