Egg White Omelet with Spinach

So this morning, I decided to make an egg white omelette with spinach and broccoli. It was delicious! I just had to share it with you!

Ingredients

  • Two large egg whites
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • Half a cup of pre-cooked broccoli
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Scramble the egg whites lightly
  • Pour the egg whites into the pan
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Place the spinach on top of the egg and cook until it starts to wilt.
  • Add in the pre-cooked broccoli.
  • Flip one-half of the eggs over the other to form an omelette.
  • Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and serve.
