HCG Phase 3 Naked Burger

Delicious low-carb HCG friendly naked burger!

Ingredients

  • 225grams ground hamburger (96% extra lean recommended)
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • Dash of onion powder
  • One tablespoon of finely chopped onion
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • Salt and pepper as preferred

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and form into 2 or 3 small patties according to your protocol’s portion allowance.

Cook thoroughly in a frying pan or, for best results, on a grill. Cook thoroughly to the desired temperature.

This should take about 3 to 5 minutes on each side or longer for well done.
Option to top with lettuce, tomato and mustard… enjoy!
