Cauliflower Pizza – Phase 2 HCG Recipe

Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Pizza can now be healthy too! It is healthy, delicious, and yields many benefits. Cauliflower is full of the vitamins that our bodies need and crave like thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid, omega-3’s, and vitamin K. It also serves as a good source of vegetable protein, phosphorous, and potassium.


Small head of cauliflower
Tomato paste
40g low fat mozzarella


Whizz the cauliflower in a food processor until you have made “cauliflower snow”
Place “snow” into microwave and cook
Once cooked, allow it to cool completely, then place in a clean dishtowel and ring out all the moisture. It takes a little time, but this will make the base crispy!
Once it looks dry, place back in the bowl with herbs, garlic and whole egg and mix it up.
Flatten out the dough into a round base about 1/2cm to 1cm thick.
Place the base on a backing tray with backing paper, and cook until golden brown on 200 deg Celsius
Once cooked add tomatoe base and toppings.
