HCG Diet And Breakfast
I get asked all the time what can I eat for breakfast? The HCG diet really doesn’t have specific recipes for breakfast it’s really left up to one’s imagination. I can however give you some ideas.
You could have scrambled eggs – made up of one whole egg and 2 egg whites. If you like you can even add veggies from your daily allowance – say perhaps a grilled tomato or add some onion and chopped tomato to your scrambled eggs. Instead of the tomato you could add some sliced mushrooms. Just a couple sliced finely.
You could have 1 boiled egg with a tomato and 2 provita But then you need to give up your starch in the mid morning snack I often have a boiled egg chopped up with chopped tomato One poached egg and 1 provita Alternatively you could have fat free cottage cheese as your protein one morning for breakfast with a cut up cucumber and a few slices of tomato Then another option is fat free yogurt with your fruit chopped into it.
Having half a grapefruit in the morning is a great thing to have because grapefruit is extremely low in calories and the citrus oil in grapefruit suppresses the appetite and kills sugar cravings which long term is a very healthy thing for your body. If you wanted to you could even have chicken as your protein in the morning.
