Lettuce Bun Burger
Who says you can enjoy tasty food on the HCG Diet Plan? This is one of my favourites, so I’ll share the recipe with you.
Lettuce Burger Ingredients
- 225grams ground hamburger (96% extra lean recommended)
- Dash of garlic powder
- Dash of onion powder
- One tablespoon of finely chopped onion
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- Salt and pepper as preferred
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and form into 2 or 3 small patties according to your protocol’s portion allowance.
Cook thoroughly in a frying pan or, for best results, on a grill. Cook thoroughly to the desired temperature. This should take about 3 to 5 minutes on each side or longer for well done.
Option to top with lettuce, tomato and mustard… enjoy!
