HCG Hamburgers Recipe – Phase 2

Lettuce Bun Burger

Who says you can enjoy tasty food when you on the HCG Diet Plan? This is definitely one of my favorites so I thought I’d share the recipe with you.

Lettuce Burger Ingredients

225grams ground hamburger (96% extra lean recommended)
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of onion powder
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
Cayenne pepper to taste
Salt and pepper as preferred


Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and form into 2 or 3 small patties according to your protocol’s portion allowance. Cook thoroughly in a frying pan or for best results, on a grill. Cook thoroughly to desired temperature. This should take about 3 to 5 minutes on each side or longer for well done.
option to top with lettuce, tomato and mustard… enjoy!
