It’s coming up to that time of year again where many people get sick with colds and flu – here are a few products that can help alleviate or relieve your symptoms.

The best way to take this is to make Ginger tea.
You take 1 TBSP of chopped or grated ginger root, simmer in a little water for 10 mins, strain and then add lemon to taste and some stevia or xylitol if need be. Drink 1 – 3 cups of this ginger tea at least3 times a day for the best results.

GARLIC

Garlic is one of the greatest home remedies because it can be used for many ailments. When garlic is chewed, chopped or crushed it forms an antibacterial compound. Garlic can be taken orally or there are also garlic supplements. In particular A very good one to take for flu is Garlic and Parsley Capsules.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is often found in many fruits & Veggies. Vitamin C is also very beneficial for many other ailments such as anaemia, bronchitis, the common cold and even glaucoma. These are some foods that are high in Vitamin C and HCG Friendly as well strawberries, oranges, grapefruit, tomatoes, cabbage and leafy greens. When suffering from a cold or flu you need very high dosages of Vitamin C so along with eating these foods high in Vitamin C I would definitely recommend a 1000mg daily of a Vitamin C supplement.

REST

There is nothing that can heal the body quicker than taking the time to rest. Sleeping heals the body.

You could also make yourself a nice warming veggie or chicken soup as well.
