Phase 2 Recipes – Bolognese and Zero Calories Noodles


So I thought Id add a recipes that the entire family can eat! Sometimes its tough to diet when one has other family member in the house, because this means you have to cook two different meals. This bolognese can be enjoyed by all!

Ingredients

140 grams of lean beef mince
2tbs onion
1tsp garlic
125 grams mushrooms
2 tomatoes
Mixed herbs to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
1 serving of zero calorie noodles

Directions

Place your tomatoes in a pot of boiling water & cook them until the skin splits (this will make it easier for you to peel them). In a frying pan fry the onions, mushrooms & garlic then add the mince & simmer. Once you have peeled your tomatoes put them in a blender & add herbs, salt & pepper to taste. Add your tomato mix to the beef & allow to simmer until everything is cooked through & hot. Prepare your noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Once your noodles are cooked put them in a serving boil & add your Beef Bolognese
