Ingredients
- 1 x can tuna in spring water (drained)
- One large tomato
- 2 x spring onions (chopped)
- 40g mozzarella cheese (grated)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Tabasco (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Cut a thin slice off the top of the tomato, and gently scoop out pulp and seeds, leaving a 1 ½ cm wall.
- Mix the tuna & spring onions, add salt & pepper to taste & a few drops of Tabasco if you desire.
- Scoop the mixture into the tomato with a spoon & top with mozzarella. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
