HCG Chicken Ginger Soup
This is a great soup to make and freeze!
140g boneless skinless chicken breast.
1 tablespoon red onion thinly sliced (Daily Allowance)
1 tablespoon roughly chopped ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic cloves
Celery thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs
Cook and shred the chicken.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook onion, garlic and ginger for 1 to 2 minutes, until the onion has softened.
Add water, celery, black pepper, and mixed herbs.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Add chicken to the pan to warm.
