Lemon Ginger Cinnamon Tea

Ingredients

30 minutes to prepare serves 4-8

  • 8 cups water
  • Two cinnamon sticks
  • Two lemons
  • Eight slices ginger
  • Six tablespoons honey

Directions

Boil water in a teapot or stockpot. Cut lemons in half and juice in 3 halves. Cut the remaining half into thin slices.

Add cinnamon sticks, lemon juice, ginger, and lemon slices to the hot water—cover and steep for 15 minutes or longer. Add honey to taste. Serve immediately, or store in glass jars and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
