More FAQ’s About HCG

I have decided to add some more questions that clients ask. Most clients seem to have the same concerns when purchasing their HCG.

Why Should one opt for Injections?

HCG injections are more effective than HCG drops. The reason is apparent as the hormone, when injected, directly enters the bloodstream and starts functioning in the system.

However, with HCG drops, the hormone is ingested, and the system has to absorb it until it is fully utilized.

How should I store my HCG syringes and bottles?

The recommended storage method is keeping the hormone and the syringes in a refrigerator. This will prevent needle infection and increase the hormone’s life.

For How many Days should I follow the HCG Diet?

This depends entirely upon how much you wish to lose weight. For instance, on average, a person loses about 10 to 15 kilos per month, considering that one loses about half a kilo per day.

If you want to lose around 10 kilos, we suggest you stick to the diet for at least a month.

If you want to lose around 25 to 30 kilos, we recommend following the diet for 60 days.

Can One Exercise While on the HCG Diet?

It is not recommended to exercise while on the HCG diet.

This is because while you are on the HCG diet, the HCG hormone will boost your body’s metabolism to the maximum, and further exercising your body will result in a metabolism imbalance.

You will also find that your appetite has increased after a workout session which could affect your HCG diet regime. However, we do recommend walking for about 15 minutes a day.

Can I supplement my diet with protein shakes?

Absolutely. You only need to ensure that the protein shake is not made up of milk/dairy. Then, dilute the powder in warm water, and you are good to drink it.

Try supplementing your body with protein shakes, as it is the best thing to do. Your muscles will get a boost early in the morning.
